Whisper Suites

This year SC|05 is offering a limited number of “Whisper Suites” conference rooms. They are available on a rental basis for companies interested in private meetings or demonstrations for clients. The following rooms are available:

508 260 net square feet
509 260 net square feet
510 208 net square feet
511 325 net square feet
The cost of a Whisper Suite is $20.00 per sq. ft. These meeting room modules will be available for use during show hours ONLY on Monday – Thursday.

To rent a Whisper Suite conference room, your company must be an exhibitor with at least a 20’ x 20’ booth at SC|05. Show Management reserves the right to decline applications for meeting room modules if, in the sole discretion of Show Management, it is determined that such room assignments would create a conflict with the purpose of the SC|05 Conference & Exhibition. Exhibiting companies who secure meeting room modules must adhere to the following rules and regulations:
  • All invoices for room rental must be paid in full prior to September 30, 2005.
  • Interior walls may be added to divide space. This can be planned with the general contractor at an additional cost.
  • Exhibitor must order and pay for any services needed, such as telephone, electrical, security, catering, cleaning, furniture, etc.
  • All food and beverage service must be made through the Washington State Convention & Trade Center’s exclusive caterer. (NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES MAY BE SERVED IN THESE MEETING ROOMS.)
  • Loud music or disruption to our attendees will not be permitted.
  • Meeting rooms cannot be used or reserved for non-exhibiting vendors to exhibit or display products and services to members.

Each meeting room rental is $20.00 per sq. ft. for the duration of the SC|05 Exhibition.
